Self-paced content for each Training Hub course is accessible online, so you can learn anytime, anywhere and at your own pace. Content is broken down into manageable pieces and includes real-world examples and tools to use in your own work.

Practicing what you learn is essential. Training Hub courses provide you with time to explore your insights with a coach and other participants in live courses. For self-paced courses, application is built into courses through with templates, toolkits and facilitation guides.

Receive support in each live course, from coaches with lived experience in leadership roles and in communities. Additionally, participants receive group coaching support from coach/facilitators. Self-paced course participants can get help from a coach or their peers during a peer learning session.
